Indonesian Satay

Ingredients
1Kg cooked cubed meat (beef, lamb or pork)
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp Tabasco (hot pepper) sauce (or to taste)
2 large garlic cloves, pressed

Cube the meat into small bite-sized pieces. Combine all the other ingredients and marinate the meat cubes for one hour or more.

Thread the meat onto skewers and grill or barbecue for 3-6 minutes turning once.
