Our beef is fully traceable from farm to plate and is traditionally hung for a minimum of 4 weeks to guarantee tenderness and full of flavour.
Our South Down reared lamb is sourced from local well-respected farms in West Sussex. We ensure all our lambs are fed on a well-balanced diet.
Reared locally in Hampshire, our pork livestock is carefully selected in the assurance of a full flavoured taste. Fed on a natural diet of wheat, barley, and cereal, all pork is given an excellent quality of life.
