Established in 1989 as an independent butcher, we have been supplying meat to local people and businesses in West Sussex and beyond for over 30 years.  Our reputation has grown and spread over the years, with customers coming from all over Sussex to buy the prime meat we supply.  We are a team of highly skilled and knowledgeable butchers. Management and staff are trained to the highest standards in food hygiene and are fully qualified to ensure food safety and quality.

 

Wherever possible we pride ourselves on sourcing our

meat locally. Using local suppliers helps supports local

farmers, which sustains jobs and businesses.

This reduces food miles and our carbon footprint, which

enables us to be more environmentally friendly.
