Ribeye comes from a cow’s rib section. It has a wonderfully rich flavour and is very tender. We take great pride in the fact all our beef sourced is from Gaindykehead Farm, Scotland. Our beef is traditionally dry hung for 28 days to guarantee tenderness and full of flavour.
