A very popular cut, the sirloin comes from the upper middle of the loin. It is very tender and well-marbled with fat, it is also amazing when roasted! We take great pride in the fact all our beef sourced is from Gaindykehead Farm, Scotland. Our beef is traditionally dry hung for 28 days to guarantee tenderness and full of flavour.
