A T-Bone steak (Porter House in America)  is sirloin on one side of the bone and fillet on the other – the best of both worlds, some say!  We take great pride in the fact all our beef sourced is from Scotland. Our beef is traditionally dry hung for 28 days to guarantee tenderness and full of flavour.
