This steak is sirloin on one side of the bone and fillet on the other – the best of both words, some say!  We take great pride in the fact all our beef sourced is from Gaindykehead Farm, Scotland. Our beef is traditionally dry hung for 28 days to guarantee tenderness and full of flavour.
